Famous YouTuber, Elvish Yadav garnered a lot of attention for his stint in Bigg Boss OTT 2. He entered the show midway as a wildcard contestant and instantly won everyone's hearts with his sense of humour, quirky oneliners, humoristic jibes at his fellow contestants, and more. However, Elvish not only won hearts but also created history by being the first BB contestant to win the show as a wildcard contestant. After coming out of the BB house, Elvish has been making the headlines and for all the wrong reasons. The same thing happened again, as Elvish was arrested by the Noida police.
A report by ANI suggested that Elvish Yadav had been arrested by the Noida police for his alleged involvement in the snake venom case. As per the report, he will be presented in court today. The YouTuber was summoned by the police on March 17, 2024, and soon after that, he was arrested.

However, as per a recent involvement in the same report, Elvish has been taken under 14-day judicial custody as per the court's order. For those who chipped in late, Elvish has allegedly been accused of supplying snake venom at the rave parties hosted in Noida. Elvish, along with five other persons, had been earlier charged under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and for criminal conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code.
It was back on March 9, 2024, when Elvish Yadav made it to the headlines after a video of him surfaced online. In the video, Elvish could be seen brutally beating YouTuber, Sagar Thakur. Later, releasing a video, Sagar stated how Elvish had punched him in his face and even tried to break his spine. For those who don't know, the entire fiasco happened after Sagar seemingly commented about Elvish's meeting with BB 17 winner, Munawar Faruqui. However, the comment didn't go along with Elvish, and he started beating Sagar brutally. Sagar also revealed that he had lodged an FIR against the BB OTT 2 winner, and if anything happened to the former, the latter would be the one to take responsibility.
Elvish Yadav often grabs the limelight for negative reasons. During the lockdown, the YouTuber received a lot of flak for passing mean comments on female influencers like Aashika Bhatia and Kusha Kapila. The BB OTT 2 winner fat-shamed Aashika, while he tagged Kusha as 'Sasti Kareena Kapoor'. It's worth mentioning that Aashika and Elvish resolved their differences in Bigg Boss OTT 2. On the other hand, Elvish is still on Kusha Kapila's block list.

As Elvish Yadav's fans stated, he 'hanged' the whole 'systum' by lifting the winner's trophy in BB OTT 2. Not only this, Elvish even bagged an Rs. 25 lakh cash prize. However, in a video, that went viral post-Elvish's win in BB, the YouTuber claimed that he had garnered a whopping 280 million votes within just 15 minutes, which he learned from the BB OTT 2 makers.
