'Engineering Girls' actress, Kritikka Avasthi tied the knot with her longtime beau, Piyush in a lavish wedding ceremony decked in a bejewelled lehenga with unique jewellery.
Kritikka Avasthi is a known name in the OTT world, having appeared in multiple TVF shows like Engineering Girl, College Canteen, Girlsplaining and many more. She has also done a few ads, one of which was with Bollywood's Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan. Kritikka has now embarked on a new personal journey as she tied the knot with her longtime beau, Piyush.
The wedding season is officially in full swing, and every time we refresh our social media, we see a new bride blessing our feed with her gorgeous bridal attire. From traditional dresses to family heirlooms to designer pieces, we have seen it all, but the bride's way shines on her special day, making the attire all the more special. Kritikka, for her D-day, donned a gorgeous red-hued lehenga, but the intricate gemwork all over the piece left us in awe.
Kritikka's bridal OOTD consisted of a blouse with three-quarter sleeves and a criss-cross hemline. The skirt and the blouse were bejewelled with gems and zari patchwork in unique patterns that spoke volumes of the artwork done on them. She paired it with a choker with blue gemstone and a long necklace with an emerald stone setting. She completed her look with matching earrings and maang tikka and checked a few kadas, and wore chooda.
Coming to her wedding makeup, kritikka kept it simple with a glowing, dewy base, well-defined eyebrows, blush-adorned cheeks, kohl-rimmed and brown-shaded eyes with peach-hued lips. She kept her hair loose in soft waves and added a bindi to accentuate her look.
Kritikka's prince charming, Piyush, and perfectly complemented his bride in a blush pink-toned sequin embellished sherwani with a matching shawl and a white dhoti with a golden border. He accessorised his look with a red layered necklace and diamond studs.
Congratulations to Kritikka and Piyush!
