#1. Lata Mangeshkar

On February 6, 2022, one of the greatest singers of all time, Lata Mangeshkar passed away. At the age of 92, the Nightingale of India and often titled as the ‘Queen of Melody', passed away due to multiple organ failure. The legendary singer was going through continuous therapy for pneumonia after suffering from COVID-19, but with time, all efforts from the finest doctor had gone in vain. The veteran actor was suffering from the rare chronic and neuromuscular disease, Myasthenia gravis. Arun Bali first made his place in the hearts of audiences with his character, Harshvardhan Wadhwa, in the popular show, Kumkum - Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan. His performance cemented his status as one of the biggest household actors in India.

At the age of 53, Krishnakumar Kunnath passed away after suffering from a heart attack.
