Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are busy taking care of their little princess. On the second day of Ganesh Chaturthi, Deepika was blessed with 'Laxmi'. Since then, her fans have been eagerly waiting for their favourite actress' daughter's first glimpse and to know her name. A day after Laxmi puja on Deepavali, Deepika announced that her daughter's name was 'Dua Padukone Singh' and netizens were in love with it.
On the other hand, Dua Arshad affectionately called the 'redhead baddie', is a Pakistani social media icon who is loved by both nations. Netizens now are drawing parallels between the two 'Dua', and the link-up is hilarious.

The two-year-old Pakistani influencer took the internet by storm, and everyone fell in love with her cuteness and chipmunk-esque voice. In all her videos, she insists her mom to call her father 'Dua ke papa', and now in India, we have Ranveer Singh as our very own 'Dua ke papa.'

A day after Deepavali, Deepika took to her Instagram handle and posted the first photo of her newborn baby girl. In a collaborative post with Ranveer, Deepika introduced the world with her princess. She was dressed up in a red Anarkali with gorgeous work detailing on the hem. Deepika made sure not to reveal her baby's face and shared only her feet. Along with the photo, Deepika penned a cutesy note and revealed her daughter's name. The couple have named their baby girl, Dua, as she is the answer to all their prayers. She wrote:
"Dua Padukone Singh! 'Dua': meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love and Gratitude. Deepika and Ranveer."
