Fardeen Khan might have hailed from a filmy background, but that didn't make his journey in the industry any easier. After a disastrous debut with Prem Aggan in 1998, the actor went on to have a rocky career before finally coming to a halt in 2010 and prompting Fardeen to take an indefinite break. Fardeen took a sabbatical of fourteen years before he made a remarkable comeback with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Recently, Fardeen opened up about filming All The Best: Fun Begins just a week after his father, Feroz Khan had passed away.

Fardeen Khan recently sat for a tell-all interview with Mashable India, during which he discussed the emotional challenge of filming a week after his father, Feroz Khan's death. "It was supposed to start at a certain time, but my father was really ill. Then my father passed obviously, and I started shooting for this movie a week after he passed. So it was particularly hard. He wouldn't mince words, irrespective of who it might be, whether you're his son or daughter, which is a great thing since it's very rare. It's tough, yes… it's tough sometimes to hear certain truths. Sometimes he was not necessarily right either. If he was wrong, he'd be like 'okay.'"
