Guneet Monga through her production company, Sikhya Entertainment has backed many films in Bollywood and currently, she is gearing up for Sanya Malhotra's Kathal, wherein the actress can be seen in a police officer's role. Guneet also has a few big film names in her kitty, including Gangs of Wasseypur, The Lunchbox, Masaan, Zubaan, and Pagglait.
Apart from her successful career, she has been dating the fashion entrepreneur, Sunny Kapoor for quite a long time. Thus, the much-in-love couple has finally decided to take their relationship to the next level, and that is why they arranged an intimate engagement ceremony.

On April 11, 2022, Guneet Monga and Sunny Kapoor got engaged to be each other's forever. A few hours back, the film producer took to her Instagram handle, tagging Sunny, she shared an array of pictures from their engagement ceremony. In each photo, the couple looked very much in love. Along with it, she wrote a heartmelting note dedicated to Sunny. The caption can be read as:
"'Sometimes the wrong train leads you to the right station.' And that's where I found Sunny, my companion on our journey ahead for life."
In the pictures, Sunny can be seen wearing a beige-coloured self-embroidered and mirror-worked kurta with jacket and pyjama, while Guneet looked pretty in a gorgeous royal blue-coloured silk saree that featured silver-coloured embroidery. She completed her look with a pair of ear cuff designed jhumkas, maang teeka, a three-tiered neckpiece and some bangles. She had kept her makeup minimal and finished it off with a bindi and a subtle shade of lipstick. She and her fiance, Sunny posed for the camera flaunting their rings. However, what caught our attention was her caption that mentioned her mother had worn the same saree at her own engagement ceremony. Further, she wrote:
"Feel Mom & Dad’s blessings wearing this saree that Mom wore on her engagement day #Engaged #GunSung."

As soon as she shared the post, her industry friends dropped into her comment section and congratulated the couple with beautiful notes. Harleen Shetty wrote with a heart emoji, "So happy for u", while Radhika Madan commented, “Sooo beautiful! Congratulations!” Check it out:
