The year 2020 will always be remembered as one of the most dreaded years as we witnessed a pandemic because of which the lockdown was imposed in half of the world. The Coronavirus outbreak created a world, where masks became mandatory and social distancing was a necessity. Amidst it, there are many who chose this strange year to tie the knot. And the recent one to join the bride tribe is Bollywood actress, Gauahar Khan, who will be getting married to her dream man, Zaid Darbar. We still remember the look on Gauahar's face when Zaid had slipped a ring on his lady love's finger during a dance video. Earlier, everyone had thought it was just a stint, but soon it had turned into reality when Gauahar had announced her relationship. The actress had captioned the video as "Ye hai Gaane ka asar YA mann ki baat? Jaldi Batao. #GaJa killing it. #DropYourLove Sshhh!"
On December 21, 2020, Gauahar and Zaid's wedding festivities kickstarted with their Chiksa function. Gauahar took to her Instagram handle and shared two lovely pictures from the ceremony. In the pictures, we can see Gauahar looking gorgeous in a yellow lehenga and her look was completed with a floral maang teeka. On the other hand, Zaid looked dapper in a yellow kurta. On November 6, 2020, Gauahar's future mom-in-law, Farzana had also welcomed her. She had taken to her Instagram handle and had penned a lovely note for her daughter-in-law, Gauahar. Farzana had shared a couple of pictures from Gauahar's birthday. Alongside it, she had written, "Welcome to our Family. Also congratulations to you too @zaid_darbar @gauaharkhan. On November 5, 2020, Gauahar had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a mushy picture with her beau, Zaid. In the picture, we could see the duo posing with 'she said yes' balloons. The two were dressed in ethnic ensembles and were looking super cute together. Alongside it, Gauahar had tagged Zaid and had shared a ring and a heart emoji. Zaid had shared the same post and on it, Gauahar's sister, Nigaar had commented, "Can't wait to see you both and have lots of fun."
