The first thought that ever strikes on every sister's mind when she meets her jiju is - 'Hey mister, don't forget to take care of my sister'! No matter how much we fight with our not-so-loving sister, we can never see someone else make her cry. After all, we have shared secrets and ice creams while holding each other's hand over the years. Then comes a day, when she gets married and leaves our world and we miss being with her. And Bollywood actress, Gauahar Khan also misses her elder sister, Nigaar Z Khan, post the latter's wedding. We loved Gauahar and Nigaar's camaraderie in their show, The Khan Sisters, which had given us an insight to their lifestyle and irreplaceable bond. We remember in an interview with The Times of India, Nigaar had talked about her bond with her younger sister and had shared that she is like her other half.
On July 24, 2020, Nigaar completed five years of marital bliss with her husband, Khayaam Sheikh and to make their day special, Gauahar penned an adorable post. The actress took to her Instagram handle and posted a picture of Nigaar and her 'mister'. In the picture, we can see the two posing for the camera. Nigaar also took to her Instagram handle and shared an anniversary wish for her 'darling husband' as they complete five years of togetherness. She shared a picture with her hubby, and wrote, "Meri Jaan, when you around , everything else seems out of focus for me.This day 5 years back." Last year in November, Gauahar had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared an unseen vidaai picture of her sister. And we could totally relate to the volcano of emotions, the actress had gone through. After all, we have all felt the pain of saying goodbyes to our sisters. However, Gauahar had written a funny caption, "Hahahhahah I laugh about this now, but I was crying soooooo much for @nigaarzkhan's vidaayii ! Hahhahah so was she ! Naa judaa honge hum, kabhi khushi kabhi gam!"
Talking about Gauahar and Nigaar's bond, in an interview with the Open magazine, the former had said that they share a great connection as sisters. Guahar had shared, "We are together in good and bad times. She has always been my vital support. My mom has been on the set in spite of being an arthritis patient just to cheer me up.
