Popular television actor, Gaurav Chopraa had suffered the biggest loss of his life this year and had gone through an inexpressible pain as he had lost his parents due to COVID-19 in a span of 10-days a few months back. It's hard to express the pain he still feels because as we all know that no one can ever shower love on us as our parents do. Atop it, no one will ever be able to fill the void that they leave behind in our lives, once they leave for the heavenly abode. On November 25, 2020, television actor, Gaurav Chopraa took to his Instagram handle and shared some pictures of his late parents, Mr and Mrs Swatantra Chopra from their memory lane on the special occasion of their golden anniversary. The doting son dug out some old treasures in the form of some black-and-white pictures of his mother and father from their younger days. But the most precious thing that he shared was his father's love letter which he had printed on their marriage card and had given it to his mother. Along with these, Gaurav wrote a caption that can be read as "Mr. and Mrs. Swatantra Chopra were united today 50 years ago: today would have been their #GoldenAnniversary We had planned to celebrate it in a big way ..we spoke of it often ...but." Going further in his note, Gaurav Chopraa tried translating his father's love letter, and we have to admit that it was indeed a good attempt from him. His caption can be read as "I found this handwritten (looks like its printed ) message of love and hope that my father wrote to my mother on their marriage day.. she chose to keep it in their marriage card. Here is my very modest attempt to translate the poem: "A beautiful destination, a beautiful path, a beautiful partner is there today... Today everything is beautiful as is the evening, it's a valley of beauty and dreams... Congratulations to you oh soulmate, coz this is the universe of happiness... The actor concluded his note by heaping some praise on his late mother, Tripta Chopra and father, Swatantra Chopra through his lovely words that can be read as "For the ones lucky enough to read the language, pls pay attention to the picture..there is so much beauty and love there... Words don't do justice.. neither do translations... There are some other glimpses of their glorious life together... Together... then... And even now...
