For those who don't know, Gaurav Taneja is highly inspired by the ancient technique of Indian farming and how they would take care of cows, extract milk and make Ghee using the Vedic way. On his farm, A2 Gir cow ghee is made using fresh Gir cow's milk. According to the website description, the cows are free-grazed. The milk from them is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature, inoculated with a natural starter culture, and left overnight to make curd. The curd is churned using the traditional bilona method.
Gaurav Taneja made an appearance on Raj Shamani's podcast, and opened up about the reason for learning law. When the podcaster asked him did he learned Law from Delhi University at the age of 35 as a hobby. To which, Gaurav laughed and clearly said:
"Vo toh mai ne kisi ki maarne ke liye padha tha."
Gaurav further added that when his case happened with Air Asia, he wanted to know the legal language that was used in the case. Gaurav wanted to learn it all as he wasn't able to understand what his lawyers were writing to him in the legal language. He added that's when he thought that he should learn it, and that's how he started studying it.
