'Flying Beast' Gaurav Taneja Reveals Why He Learnt Law: 'Maine Kisi Ki Marne Ke Liye Padha Tha..'

Famous YouTuber, Gaurav Taneja opened up about enrolling in Law from Delhi University at the age of 35, and why he left it.

Flying Beast, Gaurav Taneja is known for his YouTube Vlogs. He is a pilot, an influencer and an ex-law student. The YouTuber initially would document his pilot life with his wife, Ritu Rathee, who is also a flight captain. However, Gaurav lost his job during the pandemic, and he filed a case against his company, Air Asia for falsely making him resign. Recently, Gaurav opened up about the reason for learning Law at Delhi University at the age of 35.

Gaurav Taneja revealed the reason for learning law

Recently, Gaurav Taneja made an appearance on Raj Shamani's podcast. He opened up about the reason for learning law. When the podcaster asked him did he learned Law from Delhi University at the age of 35 as a hobby. To which, Gaurav laughed and clearly said:

"Vo toh mai ne kisi ki maarne ke liye padha tha."

Gaurav further added that when his case happened with Air Asia, he wanted to know the legal language that was used in the case. Gaurav wanted to learn it all as he wasn't able to understand what his lawyers were writing to him in the legal language. He added that's when he thought that he should learn it, and that's how he started studying it.

Gaurav Taneja revealed why he left Law

Further in the podcast, Gaurav was asked why he left. To which, Gaurav Taneja revealed that it was because of attendance. He shared that he did the first two semesters but in the third semester, the YouTuber wasn't allowed to sit. Gaurav added that he won't be able to earn as much as he is earning now after doing Law.

Gaurav Taneja revealed the salary he earns as an influencer and a YouTuber

During the same podcast, Gaurav Taneja was also asked about his salary as an influencer and a YouTuber. To which, the YouTuber proudly stated that it is more than the CEO of Air Asia, who had fired him wrongly. He was quoted as saying:

"Jis company ne fire kia tha na, Air Asia ne, uske CEO se jyada hi kamata hu."
