Popular celeb-kid, Aryan Khan's bail plea has been rejected by the Mumbai Court and he has been sent to 14-day judicial custody at Arthur road jail.
The tension for Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan, is growing with every hearing at the Mumbai Court. On October 2, 2021, their son, Aryan Khan, was taken into custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau. However, hopes were high that the celeb kid would be out soon because of the claims made by his lawyer, Satish Maneshinde. The lawyer had stated that his client wasn't involved in drugs and was invited to the cruise party just to add some 'glamour' in it.
However, On October 8, 2021, the Mumbai court rejected Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Mummun Dhamecha's bail plea. Metropolitan Magistrate, RM Nerlikar stated that it is not maintainable, which means the forum chosen to seek bail was incorrect.

Soon after the decision was announced in the court, a video clip was uploaded on the Facebook page of Movie Talkies, in which it is claimed that Aryan Khan's mother, Gauri Khan, was seen crying inconsolably in her car, after the court sent her son to 14-day judicial custody. The video is doing rounds on social media, and people are extending their support and word of encouragement for the doting mother who looked utterly depressed in the clip.
In a conversation with the media, NCB Mumbai zone director, Sameer Wankhede also opened up about his team's investigation in the cruise rave party case. The NCB officer clearly stated that he has full faith in their case and they will try their best to give a logical conclusion to this case. The director said, "We and persecution will attempt to take the case to a logical conclusion. Our case is strong and will be presented in the sessions court."
According to India Today, Aryan Khan and the others accused in the case have tested negative for COVID-19 and have also taken both doses of vaccination. As a result, like the rest of the inmates, Aryan Khan will reportedly wake up by 6 a.m. in the morning and will have all three meals at the jail. However, it is also revealed that the star-kid won't have homemade food at the Arthur road jail.

As per reports, Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan's phone was sent for forensic examination. From which shocking and incriminating data has been recovered, which hints at the International drug racket. While Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have not released any media statement, Arbaaz Merchant's father had called all the allegations baseless.

Apart from Aryan Khan, five others who have also been arrested are Munmum Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchan Ismeet Singh, Nupur Sarika, Mohak Jaswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhoker.
