Pregnancy is that phase in a woman's life when gaining some extra pounds is totally acceptable. But once the baby arrives, it becomes a stress to wonder how will you lose those extra kilos. For an athlete or a celebrity, the pressure is higher to get back into shape. Taking the help of actor and former India cricket team fast bowler, Salil Ankola's wife, Dr Ria Banerjee Ankola, who is a food therapist, Geeta Phogat transformed into her fit self post-pregnancy. Ria posted a collage of Geeta's transformation and wrote, "This girl and her transformation story is very close to my heart. Yes!!! She back and this time with even more energy. Yes, motherhood made her stronger and look at her beautiful transformation. @geetaphogat my rock star needs no introduction at all."
Revealing what she admired the most in Geeta Phogat, Dr Ria Banerjee Ankola added, "Ever since iv know her she's only inspired me. Her determination and dedication is difficult to match. I remember speaking to her last year when she had just re-started her fitness after her baby.
