Krushna Abhishek and Govinda have settled their differences, but now the latter's daughter, Tina Ahuja, has reacted to the entire fiasco.
Govinda and his bhanja, Krushna Abhishek, have finally ended their feud and made amends. The duo recently shared a long hug on The Great Indian Kapil Show, burying their years-long hatchet. Now, Govinda's daughter, Tina Ahuja, has spoken up about her family dynamics and how they have improved since the reconciliation.
Tina Ahuja spoke about the feud and revealed that it was anything but toxic, and she shared about the same with Arti Singh. She added that she is happy in her life and does not like to speak about things, and she believes that it is now an incident of the past. She further added that she doesn't want to talk about it again and again and make it anew. She said:
"It’s kind of toxic, I wouldn’t lie, and I’ve said that to Arti as well. I always try to keep myself away from it. And to be very honest, I am very happy in my life. I don’t talk about all these things, and I think now it’s a thing of the past. I don’t want to talk about it again and again or give it a new story and all of that—it’s not necessary. Things are good, decent, and respectful."
Tina further discussed why she did not react to the feud earlier; she revealed that she doesn't look at things that way. She shared that she met her cousins, and everything was good and respectful. She added that they are busy in their lives, and she is, too. She stated:
"I don’t really look at things that way. I just know one thing: I met my cousins, and everything was good, respectful, decent, and fine. Everyone is supposed to be in a good, happy space. They are busy in their own world, and I am busy with my own stuff."
Krushna Abhishek and Govinda put their kalesh to rest as the duo was seen together on The Great Indian Kapil Show. They danced together to the beats of Filmo Ke Sare Hero Mere Aage Hai Zero and celebrated their reconciliation with a hug. Krushna affectionately called Govinda 'Mama No. 1', and in a lighthearted response, Govinda poked fun at him, asking the comedian if he was trying to butter the actor.
For the unversed, Krushna Abhishek and Govinda had not been on speaking terms for the past seven years. The rift started after Krushna poked fun at Govinda's on-screen characters, which the latter found disrespectful. The duo had even expressed their anger towards one another through the media in the last few years. Krushna would even skip the shoot of his comedy show with Kapil Sharma every time Govinda and his wife, Sunita, were invited as guests. However, the turning point is speculated to be when Govinda attended his niece, Arti Singh's wedding, and now, with their hug on the global platform, they have officially put an end to their feud.
