Sunita Ahuja's recent advice for girls on dealing with extra-marital affair further intensifies her divorce buzz with Govinda.
Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja is famous for her unabashed interviews and revelations. From her bindaas opinion regarding her family feud with her husband's nephew, Krushna Abhishek or talking openly about fear of Govinda having an extra-marital affair. Since this morning, reports about Govinda and Sunita's divorce have been in the media, and the latter's old interviews clearly hint at their marital dispute. Now, we stumbled upon a revelation of Sunita as she talked about extra-marital affairs.
Govinda's linkups were the highlight of his working era. There was so much buzz that there were reports about Govinda breaking his engagement with Sunita for another actress. Later, the buzz subsided, and after so many years, his wife, Sunita has openly addressed the issues in her own funny way.
Recently, when Sunita appeared on Hautterfly's show, she gave advice to all the wives never to challenge their husbands that they cannot do anything. She revealed that when they would, then it would be extremely difficult to get the other person out of his life. She was quoted as saying:
"Haath jo bol ke public bolti hoon, ladkio ko or biwio ko, jindagi mein apne boyfriend, aur husband ko yeh mat bolna, 'Mera boyfriend yaa mera kuch karta nahi." Karega na toh itni buri tarah, sorry for my language, itna buri tarah hugta hai, itni buri jagah hugega na, nikalte-nikalte 2 saal lag jayege, lekin vo saali nikalegi nahi. Ap life se nikal jaoge, lekin nikalti nahi hai vo item."

Govinda and Sunita got married in March 1987. They have been together for almost 37 years. However, reports of their divorce made rounds on February 25, 2025. A source close to the couple revealed that Sunita wants to end her marriage with Govinda. She had even sent a separation notice, but there has been no movement on it since then.
According to a report by ETimes, Govinda's manager admitted that there have been some issues between the couple due to certain statements made by certain family members. The reports further added that they are trying to resolve the issue as Govinda's new film is being processed.
In another report by journalist Vickey Lalwani, it is Sunita Ahuja who wanted to dissolve the marriage, while Govinda wants to make it work. The superstar is also upset with his wife's abrupt decision to end their wedding. However, there is a buzz of a third person, but it might not be true.
Sunita Ahuja in another interview with Hindi Rush, Sunita shared honest revelations about her life. She was questioned if she was secure in her marriage during those times. Without mincing her words, Sunita stated that she was secure about Govinda during early years of their marriage. However, she is not secure nowadays. She said:
"Mujhe dekho mai pehle bahut secure thi, abhi nahi hoon. Kya hai na saath ke baad log sathiya jaate hai, He has crossed sixty, you never know what he does. Mai ne usko bola hai, 'Tu saath ka hogya hai tu sathiya na nai."
