This time, the actress recreated Deepika Padukone's iconic scene from her debut film, Om Shanti Om.
Hania Aamir recently called on her inner 'Shanti Priya' and gave us her version of the heart-melting scene. For the unversed, Deepika Padukone made her Bollywood debut with the film, Om Shanti Om in 2007. In the film, the actress played the double roles of 'Shanti Priya' and 'Sandy Bansal'. On February 22, 2025, Hania took to her Instagram handle and shared a recreation of the same. While some netizens showered her with praise and love, others compared her recreation to the original act and stated that she 'is zero' in front of Deepika's 'Shanti Priya'.
In the shared video, Hania Aamir can be seen arriving in the car, the same as in the film, while the announcement of 'Shanti Priya's arrival is heard in the background. As she emerges from the car, the song, Aankhon Mein Teri Ajab Si, plays in the background. She repeats the moves, waving and smiling at the cheering crowd, as Deepika did in the film. She further waves and blows a kiss to her fans as she walks the red carpet. She shared the video and simply captioned the post, "Hi."
For the video, Hania Aamir donned a gorgeous golden sequin gown and a long train. The fabric glimmered under the light, making the actress look like an angel. The dress huged the actress in all the right places and featured a deep round neckline. The gown was paired with a sheer golden cape that extended over her shoulders, flowing all the way down and adding a touch of elegance to the entire outfit. Hania completed the outfit with a pair of gold earrings and diamond rings. The actress styled her long, luscious hair in voluminous waves resembling those of the old Hollywood. As for her glam, the actress went for her signature soft glam with soft tones and nude pink lips.
Soon, fans from across the two countries chimed in to praise the actress. A user wrote, "Hania and her Om Shanti Om addiction against the world." Another penned, "Very well made. Iconic."
