Once in an interview with a leading daily, Harman Baweja had opened up about his relationship with Priyanka Chopra and admitted that his mistakes led to the end of their love story. Details inside!
Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and producer, Harry Baweja's son, Harman Baweja, were in a steady relationship when he had made his entry into Bollywood with his first film, Love Story 2050. But, unfortunately, the film had failed to impress anyone at the box office, and thus, Priyanka and Harman had called it quits. However, in a rare interview with a media portal, after many years of their breakup, Harman had admitted that his mistakes led to the end of his relationship with Priyanka Chopra. The actor had also shared some major details about their relationship and bond after their breakup.
For the unversed, while on one side, Priyanka Chopra got married to pop sensation, Nick Jonas on December 1, 2018, on the other side, Harman Baweja tied the knot with Sasha Ramchandani, who is a nutrition coach by profession, on March 21, 2021.

According to an India Today report, in an interview with a media portal, Harman Baweja had opened up about his relationship with Priyanka Chopra Jonas and had addressed his mistakes which had eventually led to their breakup. The Love Story 2050 actor had also blamed himself for not giving his then-ladylove, Priyanka, enough time, as he was completely engrossed in his professional commitments. Harman had said, "I blame myself. She kept asking me to give her time, but I didn't. I couldn't. After two flops, I felt a lot of pressure to do well in my third film. I got too engrossed in it. I got too close to the project. Too involved."
Going further in his revelation, Harman Baweja had also admitted that director, Ashutosh Gowariker had warned him not to dive too deep on the professional front, as it can hurt both his work and personal life. Recalling the advice, which Harman hadn't taken at that time, the actor had said, "In fact, Ashu Sir (Ashutosh Gowariker) used to tell me, 'we are not used to people getting into our space. We don't let any actor do that.' But I crossed all boundaries. I was involved at every stage, every level. What's Your Raashee was very important to me."

Going further in his interview, when Harman Baweja was enquired whether the conflicts and eventual breakup between him and his then-girlfriend, Priyanka Chopra, had affected their professional bond. The actor had recalled the shooting of their film, What's Your Raashee? The actor had clearly stated that both he and Priyanka are professionals, and no matter how bad the situation is on the personal front, they never bring their personal life on the sets. Explaining more about the same, he had said, "Not at all. Whether we were together or not, I don't think our work can ever get affected. We're thorough professionals about this."
At the end of his interview, Harman Baweja had also admitted that he and Priyanka Chopra still share a friendly bond and hold no grudges. The actor had also stated that working with Priyanka was always a wonderful experience for him. He had said, "We've been great friends, and we still are great things. It was fabulous working with her earlier. It's fabulous now. I don't think personal relationships should affect the quality of my work."
