In a viral video, Hina Khan was seen losing her balance and almost falling on stage as she greeted Kartik Aaryan.
The Indian Minorities Foundation organized a fashion show curated by ace designer, Manish Malhotra on October 1, 2024. The event, titled 'Namo Bharat: Walk for Courage, Walk for Service, and Walk for Heritage', saw many leading names from the entertainment world such as Sonali Bendre, Tahira Kashyap, Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri.
Television actress Hina Khan, who is currently battling cancer, also made a stunning appearance on the ramp. As many glimpses from the event made their way through social media, a video of Hina Khan emerged on Reddit. In the video, the actress was seen losing her balance as she greeted Kartik Aaryan. Hina, who almost fell on stage, gracefully balanced herself, and like a true gentleman, Kartik Aaryan, too, came for her aide.
As soon as the video went viral on Reddit, people hailed Hina for her spirit and for not losing her composure. One user wrote, ‘Kudos to her for carrying herself with such poise and dignity and so much courage in such a tough time. Get well super soon, Hina Sher Khan! You are proving to be an inspiration to many!!’

Hina Khan was a vision as she walked the ramp amid her cancer treatment. For the event, she donned a pink-hued salwar suit with intricate zari work all over its span. She paired it with a sheer dupatta, which also had intricate zari work. Hina accessorised her look with statement earrings, gajra bangles and a few rings. She completed her look with glamorous makeup.
For the uninitiated, Hina Khan is currently in the stage three of breast cancer. From facing constant pain to undergoing chemotherapy, she is going through a lot but continues to inspire people with her courageous character. In September 2024, Hina Khan revealed being diagnosed with mucositis amid her cancer treatment. The actress, in her caption, shared how everything hurts, but one has to keep smiling through it. She also shared how she can't even eat without feeling the pain, but it's not the reason to be negative.
Hina Khan, who is undergoing chemotherapy, made sure that the painful treatment doesn’t deter her spirit. Before her hair starts falling on its own because of chemotherapy, the actress bravely chopped off her hair to save herself from the trauma. She posted a video where her mother cried while Hina gave her strength. Later, the actress let her hairstylist cut her hair and give her a new look.
