Hina Khan Gets Emotional During Her Speech On Cancer, 'Ask Us, Kitna Hard Hai Wo Report Padhna...'

Hina Khan got emotional as she gave an inspirational speech to all the cancer survivors on World Cancer Day.

One of the most beloved actresses on television, Hina Khan, has been battling cancer for months. From handling her diagnosis to undergoing excruciating pain during her treatment, Hina has been keeping a brave front. The actress, who is quite active on social media, has been sharing glimpses of her journey to recovery.

Hina Khan gets emotional during her speech on World Cancer Day

On World Cancer Day, Hina Khan spoke about the disease and gave an inspirational speech. During the speech, Hina got emotional and took a moment to continue. She inspired all the cancer survivors by calling them brave and said:

“Aapko nahi andaaza hai wo kitni badi khushi hai ke aapke test me kuch nahi aaya. Ask us, how hard it is kina hard hai, wo report padhna, wo ghanta when you go to the doctorand your doctor diagnosis you with certain illness. Usse better hai paise waste ho rahe hain, aapka test ho raha hai, aap better hai isse badi khudhi koi nahi hai.”

Hina Khan’s cancer journey

For the uninitiated, Hina Khan is currently in the stage three of breast cancer. It is not an easy feat for Hina, who has been showing immense courage throughout her treatment. A few days back the actress took to her IG handle and posted two pictures of her walking down the corridors of a hospital.

Her back was to the camera, and she could be seen wearing a beanie. In her hands, Hina carried her medical equipment, namely a drainage bag and drainage bulbs that are used to collect excess fluid post-surgery. Hina's caption for the same revealed that no matter how much she smiles, this journey is still tough for her. She wrote:

"Walking towards the brighter side thru these Corridors of Healing.. One step at a time.. Gratitude Gratitude and only Gratitude. Dua."

Hona Khan spoke about being positive amid her cancer battle

In a chat with Mid-Day on World Cancer Day, Hina Khan revealed she loves to share everything about her cancer journey. When the actress was asked how she stayed so positive amid the toughest time of her life, she stated:

“What’s written cannot be changed. I had to go through this pain, but I will give my 100%. I will not cry, I will not be negative, and I will only and only talk positively.”

In her upcoming show, Grihalaxmi, Hina will share the screen with industry stalwarts like Chunky Pandey, Rahul Dev, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya. Hina once reflected on the coincidental timing of her comeback to the screen in a chat with News18 Showsha. The actress revealed that the series was originally set to be released in October 2024, but it had to be postponed due to her health condition.
