Honey Singh and Badshah started their journey in the entertainment industry side-by-side in the five-member rap group, Mafia Mundeer. Rappers, Ikka, Raftaar, and Lil Golu were also part of the group, which delivered several hits like Gabru, Haeye Mera Dil, and Siftaan. As the group started to fall apart, Honey Singh and Badshah went their separate ways and became embroiled in a feud that would last over a decade soon after. While Badshah is ready to bury their past differences, Honey is seemingly still holding on to old grudges. Recently, the Millionaire singer took an indirect dig at Badshah during an appearance on the latest episode of India's Best Dancer vs Super Dancer: Champions Ka Tashan.

Honey Singh takes an indirect dig at Badshah as he states he has no competition

Honey Singh recently appeared as a guest on the popular dance show, India's Best Dancer vs Super Dancer: Champions Ka Tashan, judged by Remo D'Souza, Malaika Arora, and Geeta Kapur. During the same, Honey took an indirect potshot at fellow rapper, Badshah, which didn't go unnoticed. "Simple hai, mujhse behtar thore bohot mil jayenge shayad aur mujhse bekaar toh bohot saare hai. Aadhe toh mere hi aulaade hai."

For the uninitiated, MTV's Hustle is a reality television show that gives a platform to budding artists in the Indian hip-hop and desi rap genres. Badshah joined the show as a judge during its second and third seasons. It is unclear why the rapper didn't return for Hustle's fourth season, but rapper Raftaar seems to have taken his place.

When Honey Singh made fun of Badshah's freestyle rap game

Not too long ago, in October 2024, Honey Singh took a far more direct dig at Badshah via his Instagram stories. The latter had joined Indian Idol Season 15 as a judge, and during one episode, he demonstrated his freestyle rap skills alongside fellow judges, Vishal Dadlani and Shreya Ghoshal. When Badshah attempted to quash his 15-year-long feud with Honey Singh

On his part, Badshah seems eager to quash his more than a decade-long feud with Honey Singh. In May 2024, the Morni rapper stopped his show at GraFest to address his beef with his fellow rapper, which had begun due to misunderstandings. Wishing Honey Singh the very best and hoping to leave the past behind, Badshah said during the concert:

"There was a phase in my life where I held this grudge against one, and now I want to call it quits and leave that grudge behind – and that's Honey Singh. I was unhappy because of some misunderstanding but then I realized when we were together Today, I just want to let everyone know I've left that phase behind and I wish him all the best."

As Diljit Dosanjh and AP Dhillon seem to be warring it out recently, Badshah penned a cryptic note seemingly referencing his feud with Honey Singh. He urged the pair not to 'make the same mistakes' he and Honey did because remaining united was the key to prospering in the long run. It is worth mentioning that Badshah did not mention Diljit, AP, or Honey by name. However, fans were quick to decipher who he was referring to, further alluding to his genuine desire to patch things up with Honey.
