King of rom-com Imran Khan had quit films in the year 2018, and since then, the actor has kept his life away from the media glare. Talking about his acting career, the characters played by Imran Khan were cute, thoughtful, and sensitive. He would not fight twenty goons for you, but he would rather convince those twenty goons into not fighting. Once known as the 'Chocolate Boy' of Bollywood, Imran had won hearts with his heartfelt movies like Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Mere Brother Ki Dulhaniya, Ek Mae Aur Ek Tu and many more.
Now, after ages, we got a glimpse of the former actor, Imran, and he looks nothing like his old self. He was spotted celebrating Eid with his uncle and superstar, Aamir Khan's family. For those who don't know, Imran was married to his childhood sweetheart, Avantika Malik, for six years. They also have a baby girl together, whom they have named, Imara Malik Khan. However, in 2019, reports of their separation were all over the internet.

On May 3, 2022, Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan, celebrated Eid with her boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare, former actor, Imran Khan, and some close ones. Ira looked stunning in a green-coloured lehenga choli while her boyfriend twinned with her as he donned a green-hued kurta-pyjama. However, it was Imran Khan's dashing look that stole the limelight. On April 11, 2022, Imran Khan's sibling and actress, Zayn Khan, had spilled the beans and had revealed Imran Khan's whereabouts. She had taken to her IG stories and had hosted a fun 'Ask Me Anything' round. And interestingly, one of the fans had questioned, 'What is Imran Khan doing these days? Miss him.' To which, Zayn had given an unfiltered reply and had shared that the actor is fulfilling his parenting responsibilities and is really happy in his space. Zayn could be quoted as saying:
"He is being a father and he is being himself and I think he is really happy and when people pull back asking for space, we should give them that."

Earlier, in a 2020 interview, Imran Khan's best friend, Akshay Oberoi had revealed that the Delly Belly actor had quit acting to explore the director and writer in him. He had shared:
"My best friend in Bollywood is Imran Khan, who is no longer an actor because he has quit acting. Imran is my closest friend, whom I can get up at 4 am and call. Me and Imran have been with each other for almost 18 years, we studied acting together at Kishore Acting School in Andheri West. See, Imran Khan has left acting at the moment."
For the unversed, Imran Khan had debuted as a filmmaker with his short film, Mission Mars: Keep Walking India, in 2018.
