There is no greater joy than to celebrate your favourite festivals with your own kids. And Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu celebrated the festival of colours with their little girl, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu!
The moment, we enter adulthood, the simple joys of a festival are taken away. For instance, Holi is now a reason for us to get high on bhaang, but there was a time when the festival was all about testing our throwing skills and enjoying water splashes with our very own weapon, a water gun. Every year, March came with a reason for us to get dirty and our mommies couldn't say anything as we would simply say, 'Holi Hai'. Now, the craze has gone but thanks to the children, we can relive it. And Bollywood couple, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu are also reliving the craze of Holi with Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. Before, we take you further into the story, let us take a recap of Soha and Kunal's love story. After dating for quite some time, on January 15, 2015, the gorgeous princess of Pataudi khandaan had tied the knot with her beau, Kunal Kemmu in an intimate ceremony. After three years, the couple got blessed with a little angel on September 29, 2017, and the family of two had turned three. And with Inaaya came the rainbows of good times and their social media handles are flooded with cutesy pictures of celebrating life with Inaaya and documenting her happy moments.
On March 10, 2020, Soha took to her Instagram handle and shared with us glimpses of her Holi celebration with her little angel, Inaaya. She posted a picture and wrote, "Happy Holi! A time to forgive even if you can’t forget ... a time to spread happiness and love. #HappyHoli @khemster2." In the picture, we can see Inaaya putting colour on her mommy, Soha's face. Kunal also took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of Inaaya playing colours with her cousin, Taimur Ali Khan. Along with it, he wrote, "Thank you, children, for bringing back the joys and colour and making me feel like a child once again. I haven’t played holi in the last 12 years and I thought I never would but thanks to Inaaya I did go to her friends holi party and ended up having so much fun. Happy Holi everyone. Wishing all of you health happiness and a life filled with colours."
Kunal is a doting daddy, who knows how to create memorable moments for his baby girl. Kunal had shared a heartfelt note for his little daughter, Inaaya that could be read as "I held his hand and learned to walk like you are learning today.. one day I will walk with you as you show me around your roads. You learn from us today and I look forward to learning from you. I really hope I can be the father to you that my father has been to me. I think he may love you even more than he loves me now so enjoy that as he is the most fun person that I know..#happyfathersday." In an interview with the DNA, Kunal had shared the story behind his baby girl's name and had stated, "It’s weird. It just came to me. When you know you are having a baby, the first thing is you think about the names you can call your baby. Everyone goes through this and we also had a list. Inaaya just happened to strike me. I had never heard the name before but I must have had some connection with it and everyone quite liked the name. But it was one of the names I had chosen. Naumi was another name that I really liked. And my daughter has a middle name too. We were going with Inaaya but then, she was born on Mahanavami, so this was too much of a coincidence.
