Indian Idol 12 winner, Pawandeep Rajan's alleged girlfriend, Arunita Kanjilal, attended his sister Chandni Rajan's wedding and sparked Pawandeep-Arunita's relationship reports made their fans happy.
The pahadi boy from Uttrakhand, Pawandeep Rajan, had stolen everyone’s heart with his melodious voice when he had come to the singing reality show, Indian Idol 12 . With his excellent singing skills and soothing performances in almost every round of the show, he had quickly gained a huge fan following across the nation. Not only this, Pawandeep Rajan had won the Indian Idol 12 and had received Rs. 25 lakhs and a Maruti Suzuki as the winning prize.
Apart from his breathtaking performances in Indian Idol 12, Pawandeep Rajan also grabbed many headlines for his alleged relationship with co-contestant, Arunita Kanjilal. Although they have neither denied nor accepted their dating reports, their common fans eagerly wait to see them together.

Indian Idol 12 winner, Pawandeep Rajan’s alleged girlfriend, Arunita Kanjilal, attended his sister, Chandni Rajan’s wedding and sparked their relationship rumours in the media. Several videos and pictures are on social media, in which we can clearly spot Arunita taking part in the wedding festivities. From watching Pawandeep holding phoolon ki chadar and Arunita walking beside his sister to Arunita and Pawandeep giving a sweet performance for the bride, Chandni, every glimpse from the wedding is ruling the hearts of their fans.
Not just that, Arunita Kanjilal was also spotted with Pawandeep Rajan’s family and relatives during the important wedding rituals, and it was a sight to behold. Out of all the videos, there's one special video in which Arunita can be seen applying haldi on the feet of then-bride-to-be, Chandni Rajan according to the pahadi customs. The singer looked gorgeous in a yellow suit and in the video clip, we can also spot her alleged beau, Pawandeep guiding her with the haldi rasam in the video.

Once in an interview with ETimes, Mohd Danish, who was one of the contestants on the show, Indian Idol 12, had opened up about the relationship reports of his close friends, Arunita Kanjilal and Pawandeep Rajan. The young singer had stated that Pawandeep and Arunita are ‘best friends’ and share a concrete bond with each other. Mohd Danish had also added that just like Pawandeep and Arunita’s fans on social media, he and his fellow contestants also tease them for their link-up reports. He had said:
“Really speaking, Pawandeep and Arunita are very, very, good friends. They are best friends and have a fantastic bond between them. We all teased them about their link-up. We used to tell them: Arre, Adi bhaiyya (Aditya Narayan, host) ne aaj kya bol diya! Arre, Himesh bhai (Reshammiya, judge) ne aaj kya bol diya! Bahut mazaa aata tha unko tease karne mein.”
In the same interview, Mohd Danish was also asked whether Pawandeep Rajan and his alleged girlfriend, Arunita Kanjilal are romantically involved with each other. Answering this, the singer had stated that he doesn’t think Pawandeep and Arunita are in a relationship. He had said:
“Mujhe toh aise nahin laga.”
