Aparshakti and Aakriti's plush Mumbai home is designed by the celebrity interior designer, Rupin Suchak who is famous for his production designing projects in films like Ki And Ka, Dear Zindagi, Padman, Happy Ending and many more. The beautiful living room is based on the madly-in-love couple's wish to have a cosy vibe along with the collaboration of plants, leather and everything which is classy. Revealing the same during the conversation with the magazine, their designer, Rupin said:
“Taking inspiration from the traditional gentlemen’s clubs of London, we decided to feature a rich, masculine palette. I picked up many artefacts from Chor Bazar and blended together many things to conjure up a ‘beautiful mess’. It was, in a way, an exercise in channelling our inner ‘filminess’ into the interior design.”
The living place consists of a big blue-coloured huge chandelier which was curated by Akriti long before they even registered their house. Moreover, the area is filled with greenery, a pop of colours in the cushions, sofa sets, lamps and many more.
