We all have that one person in our life, who gets the most excited when you call them to tell, “He asked and I said Yes!” The one, who does the happy dance and squeals with excitement and joy for your wedding. The moment you tell them to ‘Save the Date’, she showers you with lots and lots of pampering and love, offers her help in any way she can, emotionally supports you when you feel jittery and becomes your personal assistant till you say ‘I do’! She, is your maid of honour! Every bride is lucky to have her bridesmaid by her side when she walks down the aisle, without whom her wedding would be incomplete. Looks like Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan is here to give a tough competition to every bridesmaid as she is setting the ‘maid of honour’ benchmark quite high with her cousin, Zayn Khan’s wedding. (Also Read: Ira Khan's Unseen Pictures And Videos With Rumoured BF, Nupur Prove They're More Than 'Just Friends')

Though Ira Khan had made her debut in the entertainment industry but not as an actor, she often manages to grab the headlines through her social media. Be it for the dating rumours with her fitness coach, Nupur Shikhare, admitting her clinical depression, talking about mental health, or when she moved into her new home, Ira is deeply adored by her fans. Ira often interacts with them and gives glimpses of her personal life through her social media handle. In 2019, Ira had made her directorial debut with a theatre production, Euripides' Medea. The play was an adaptation of Euripides' Greek tragedy, Medea and had starred her brother, Junaid Khan and actress, Hazel Keech.

In a throwback interview with the Indian Express, Zayn Marie Khan had spoken about her uncle, Aamir Khan and if he had given her any advice. She was quoted as saying: "He never sat me down to teach acting. His work ethic is very strong. He has worked his way very very hard for very long. That’s something that I genuinely have picked up from him and my dad. I believe in putting your head down and working as hard as you can. Then you start picking work as best as you can and that is when people will begin to notice and appreciate you." (Also Read: Aamir Khan's Daughter, Ira Khan Talks About Her Depression, Says Parent's Divorce Didn't Bother Her)

Though Zayn Marie Khan had made her debut with Mrs. Serial Killer, her cousin, Ira Khan has no plans of following her father’s footsteps and make her acting debut. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Ira had revealed that she has no interest in working in front of the camera as she believes that she is more comfortable working behind-the-camera. Ira had said, "I've always felt more comfortable and enthusiastic about working off-stage or behind the camera rather than being in front of it. I've never felt the inclination to act except if it were in an action film, so I get to learn all the cool stunts. Then again, I can just learn how to do the stunts without a film to work on." (Also Read: Aamir Khan's Daughter Ira Khan Finds An 'Alternative Career' Option, Her Mother Reena Datta Is Proud)
