Daughter of the Bollywood actor, Aamir Khan and his first wife, Reena Dutta, Ira Khan has got the genes of her father and is equally talented. This star kid is quite an avid social media user and has been spreading awareness on mental health after undergoing depression. In 2020, Ira Khan was rumoured to be dating her fitness coach, Nupur Shikhare, and their respective social media handles had dropped some hints about their budding romance.
Ira Khan had introduced her fans to the love of her life, Nupur Shikhare by making her relationship with him official in Valentine's week. In February 2021, to mark Promise Day, Ira had dropped some adorable pictures with her beau and had captioned them as ''It's an honour to make promises with and to you. #hi #whaleyoubemine #myvalentine #buddy #yourebetteratcheesylines #dreamboy." Since then there was no looking back for this adorable couple and they have been sharing their PDA moments with their fans quite often.

On October 6, 2021, Ira's boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare took to his Instagram handle to share a heartmelting video with his ladylove in which she can be seen making a tattoo on his arm. It was the first time that she had inked him exactly a year ago and to commemorate that day, Nupur penned an adorable note for his girlfriend. Alongside the video, he wrote, ''Coz I can't help... One year to this day when you gave me my Tattoo Thank you for this Bubs @khan.ira how amazing are you, who will say this is your first tattoo ever?''
Ira Khan's mushy PDA moment with her boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare had started when she had shared a video of her beau on her IG stories. In the video, the doting boyfriend could be seen arranging fairy lights in their room as he enjoyed the moment and Ira had started a Q&A session on her Insta stories and had asked her fans, “Do you think you can have someone who's your person?"

After Ira had dropped the question, Nupur had replied to her with a sweet message and that had proved how much he is in love with her. He had written, "I already have, Her name is Ira" followed by a red heart emoticon. Well, this would have surely made Ira feel butterflies in her stomach as she had reposted her beau’s response on her IG stories and had written, “Awwliiieee” atop it.
On May 8, 2021, to mark Ira's 24th birthday, Nupur Shikhare had taken to his IG handle to wish his ladylove. He had shared two adorable pictures of Ira Khan on her birthday. While the first picture had featured a toddler Ira looking at the camera with bewildered eyes, the second picture was from recent times, where Ira could be seen playing with her pooch.
