The Ambani mansion and entire clan is rejoicing these days as there are going to be two marriages in the house. While a daughter will bid adieu to her home, the Ambanis will welcome another daughter. Well, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani is getting officially engaged to Anand Piramal. Anand happens to be the Executive Director of Piramal Group, Non-Executive Director of Piramal Enterprises and Founder of Piramal Realty. It was earlier reported that Isha and Anand’s engagement will take place today on September 21, 2018, at Lake Como, Italy. And now, the latest buzz as per India Today is that Isha and Anand’s engagement will be a three-day affair starting from September 21 till September 23.
On September 21, Piramal and Ambanis are going to welcome their guests with a formal lunch party. Then, it will be followed by a celebratory dinner in the evening for which the guests. Isha and Anand will be exchanging rings today only in the presence of their close friends and family members. Also, to let you all know, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Khushi Kapoor will be attending the celebrations and have already left for Italy. On day 2, the guests will be enjoying a widespread lunch, which will be followed by a lavish cocktail party. It is going to be a grand event and we are sure everyone's going to have a blast together.
And that's not all, folks! It’s the engagement of Ambanis’ daughter and obviously, no stone will be unturned to make it the most fantastic event. So, every event that is to take place has special and fancy names. All the events on all three days, lunch and dinners will be named in Italian and will have a unique concept behind it. On May 7, 2018, Ambani and Piramal families hosted a post-proposal bash for Isha and Anand, and needless to say, it was a star-studded affair. Sachin Tendulkar, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Aamir Khan, Gauri Khan, Ayan Mukerji, amongst others attended the function.
For the ones who don’t know, Anand and Isha happen to be long-time friends, and their families have been friends for almost 40 years. Also, it was reported that Anand proposed Isha in a temple at Mahabaleshwar during their weekend stay. Post the proposal, the Ambanis and Piramals celebrated the union of the two with their close family members, including Anil Ambani and Tina Ambani.
