Isha Ambani Opens Up On Working With Alia Bhatt, Says 'Alia's Daughter And My Twins Are Two Weeks..'

Isha Ambani, who had signed a deal with Alia Bhatt's clothing venture, opened up about the partnership and how special it is for both ladies.

Isha Ambani made headlines after she acquired a deal with Bollywood actress, Alia Bhatt's conscious clothing brand for kids, Ed-a-Mamma. The actress announced their partnership on September 6, 2023. For a few months, reports were rife that Isha Ambani and Alia Bhatt might collaborate for their brand. Now, Isha Ambani opened up about her partnership and why it is special for her as a new mom.

Isha Ambani talked about collaborating with Alia Bhatt and how as new moms they both feel it super special

Recently, in an interaction with the media, Isha Ambani called the partnership super special. She added that her twins and Alia's daughter, Raha Kapoor are just two weeks apart. Isha revealed that they went through their pregnancies together, wearing Ed-a-Mamma maternity wear and now they are dressing up their children in the kidswear from the label. She was quoted as saying:

"Alia’s daughter and my twins are two weeks apart and we pretty much went through our pregnancies at the same time coincidentally wearing Ed-a-Mamma maternity, and now dressing our children in Ed-a-Mamma kidswear, which they love! So, this is special – the product, brand and the partnership are especially close to my heart."

Alia also talked about the joint venture and added that she found a wavelength with Isha Ambani. They both share the new mom vibe and often discuss what mothers want. They are planning to explore new things like children's story books and an animated series. 

Isha Ambani acquired Alia Bhatt's brand for Rs. 300-350 crores

Earlier, reports claimed that Isha Ambani was planning to acquire Alia Bhatt’s clothing brand, Ed-a-Mamma, which was into kids' clothing, and later even introduced the maternity fashion category to her label. The reports further claimed that Isha signed the deal with Alia for Rs. 300-350 crores.
