Ishaan Khatter is one of the most promising actors of the current generation. Brother of Shahid Kapoor, he made his first appearance on the silver screen with his debut film, Beyond the Clouds , in 2017. Thereafter, Ishaan gained overnight recognition with the romantic drama, Dhadak in 2018, co-starring with Jahnvi Kapoor. The actor celebrated his birthday on November 1, 2024.
Ishaan Khatter shared a picture of himself on his Instagram handle with his brother, Shahid Kapoor and sister-in-law, Mira Rajput, on Diwali day, which was also his birthday. Ishaan's birthday cake was made by his niece, Misha. They had some goofy moments together. Ishaan's post on Instagram gave a glimpse of the celebrations.
The Dhadak actor is seen in the picture feeding cake to his brother. His sister-in-law, Mira's incredible response, however, was what really grabbed our attention! Ishaan Khatter is a talented dancer, just like his brother, Shahid. He has frequently shown his appreciation for his brother's acting abilities. Ishaan Khatter earlier revealed in an interview with Indian Express that he and his mother had a strong relationship. His brother, Shahid Kapoor, bought the flat where Ishaan lives with his mother.
Ishaan Khatter talked about the one habit he keeps in mind when he visits Shahid's house on Neha Dhupia's chat show, No Filter Neha . Neha made fun of him for being messy and leaving his shoes lying about at his brother's house. Ishaan disagreed and said he always makes an effort to put his shoes in precisely the spot Mira likes. Even if he leaves shoes in a corner, it's not always the exact location she would like, he said, adding that Mira just has a strong preference when it comes to shoe placement.
Ishaan continued by explaining how he managed to get into Shahid's home . Ishaan further revealed the one tactic that he learned to enter Shahid's house. Talking about the same, he retorted:
"I have learned the protocol to engage with my niece and nephew. First, you remove your shoes where they should be and then you go into the house real quite like, usually you got to do a handstand. That's how it works in that house ."
On the work front, Ishaan Khatter was last seen in Netflix's mystery thriller, The Perfect Couple as 'Shooter Dival'. The Perfect Couple is Ishaan Khatter's Hollywood debut. It also features Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Eve Hewson, and Dakota Johnson.
