Fast forward to now, the actress stepped into a new phase of bliss in her personal life, as she got married to her beau, Rudryash Joshii in an intimate ceremony.

Taking to her IG stories on February 26, 2024, Nehalaxmi Iyer delighted her massive fanbase by dropping some of the most precious first glimpses of her intimate wedding ceremony with her beau, Rudryash Joshii. For her first look as a South Indian bride, Nehalaxmi looked resplendent in a blue silk saree, paired with traditional temple jewellery pieces including a matha-patti, heavy choker and multiple layered neckpieces. She added a quirky touch to her South Indian bridal look by wearing red chooda, that paid an ode to her husband’s cultural roots. Her look was completed with a subtle choice of makeup and multiple floral garlands. On the other hand, Rudryash opted for a maroon-toned kurta and a veshti.

Nehalaxmi Iyer wore palki­-designed kaleeras for her Punjabi wedding with Rudryash Joshii

In yet another glimpse that was shared by the actress herself, Nehalaxmi could be seen switching over to become a typical Punjabi bride in a red lehenga. She teamed it with a matching-hued choli that featured bespoke embroidery in gold. She carried a gold-toned dupatta on her arms that added the much-needed regal effect to her ensemble. However, the highlight of her look as a Punjabi bride was the gorgeous pair of golden doli kaleeras that she chose, which featured stunning motifs of the palki or palanquin, accompanying her red chooda.

On February 25, 2024, Nehalaxmi Iyer celebrated her haldi ceremony in the presence of her friends, family members and most importantly, her bridesmaids, including actresses, Surbhi Chandna, Mansi Srivastava, Shrenu Parikh among others. For the special day, the entire theme of the event was decked up in beachy vibes, and the bride herself followed the unique trend for the special day. In the multiple pictures shared by her friends, Nehalaxmi could be spotted wearing a peach-hued floral organza saree, teamed with a coral-hued silk blouse. A cowrie-shell adorned matha-patti, a neckpiece and other statement jewellery.
