Janhvi Kapoor's rumoured boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya praises her new film, 'Devara: Part One' and shared a post on his gram!
Janhvi Kapoor has recently appeared in her Telugu film alongside Jr NTR in Devara Part 1, which also features Saif Ali Khan in a role. Viewers are captivated by her charm and graceful dancing skills along with her engaging performance opposite Jr NTR in the movie. The actress shares videos of fans dancing and screaming in the theatres of the South. After seeing her in the movie, Janhvi's rumoured boyfriend became obsessed!
Shikhar Pahariya has been embodying the role of a caring boyfriend ever since speculations about their relationship began circulating. He always supports her enthusiastically whenever she releases a movie or shares photos on social media handles.
Shikhar posted a screenshot of Janvhi, from the movie he was watching with the caption 'Is this real?' Jhanvi re-shared this loving shout-out from her beau on her profile as well.
If Shikhar and Jahnvi were spotted together in public, the rumour mill would surely go wild about them dating. That way, Janhvi still sported it quite beautifully. She even wore a necklace once with 'Sikhoo' written on it. The duo was also spotted together at all Ambani wedding functions and Janhvi's father, Boney Kapoor has confirmed their relationship. In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, Janhvi Kapoor didn't explicitly say it, but it was easy for people to connect the dots. She mentioned that Shikhar had been the guy who broke her heart every single time, only to get back together.
In a recent interview, Janhvi was asked about the two people who have supported her in her dreams. She first spoke about her parents, the late actress Sridevi and producer, Boney Kapoor, and then spoke about Shikhar. The actress said since their teenage years, their dreams have been intertwined, supporting each other closely, almost as if they raised each other. Janhvi added:
“He has been in my life since I was 15-16. I think my dreams have always been his dreams and his dreams have always been my dreams. We’ve been very close. We’ve been each other’s support system almost as if we’ve raised each other.”
For those who don't know, Shikhar Pahariya, the son of renowned business magnate, Sanjay Pahariya, is an accomplished polo player and skilled horse rider. Despite maintaining a low profile on social media, his fervent love for the sport shines through in his dedication and prowess.
When Mirchi Plus asked Janhvi who the two people were that she believes have been supportive of her dreams, she talked about her parents, the late actor Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, before mentioning Shikhar. On Koffee with Karan season 6, she hinted that she was involved with Shikhar when Sara Ali Khan asked if she was dating him.
However, in her recent episode with sister Khushi Kapoor, she could not stop dropping Shikhar's name. Janhvi is usually seen together with him at events, and he was photographed with Janhvi's family too.
The movie, Devara Part 1 was released in all languages across India and it collected a net of Rs. 77 crore at the domestic box office, according to Sacnilk. The movie is performing exceptionally well in the Telugu and Tamil regions, and even the Hindi version of the movie has exceeded expectations. In Hindi, Devara had a Day 1 business of around Rs. 7 crore, which is impressive considering the recent performance of many Hindi films. This success is attributed to Jr NTR's growing popularity in the northern part of India, especially after 'RRR'.
