Janhvi Kapoor opened up about her equation with her ex-boyfriend, Ishaan Khatter, and their recent text for each other.
Janhvi Kapoor is riding high on her professional front with some fantastic movies in her kitty. She became the dhadak of everyone's heart with her debut film Dhadak, starring Ishaan Khatter. The duo has not only shared amazing on-screen chemistry, but their off-screen bond too was talked about.
Though neither Ishaan nor Janhvi had addressed the rumours of their dating, their constant appearances were proof enough that the two were head-over-heels in love with one another. Do you know when Janhvi was shooting for her debut film, she lost her mother and legendary actress, Sridevi. Devastated by the loss, when Janhvi had resumed shooting for the film, it was Ishaan who had helped her to overcome the loss.

After their debut movie, there were reports that both Janhvi and Ishaan had called it quits. In a recent interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Janhvi Kapoor talked about the equation she shares with Ishaan and the message she sent him recently. Elaborating on the same, Janhvi said:
"I think we are both busy now but every time we meet, there is that warmth. Rangsaari, the song that came out from Jugg Jugg Jeeyo, that song was supposed to be in Dhadak. So every time we'd shoot montages for Dhadak, we'd play that song. When it came out, both of us felt like this was our song and it made us feel so much. We texted each other, 'Did you see it?' It felt kind of funny."
Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor share a lovely bond even after parting their ways. In an interview with a leading magazine, Ishaan had talked about his equation with Janhvi and had stated:
"It's going to be a lifelong friendship. It felt like being on set with your best friend. Touchwood! There was lovely energy on the set during the making of the film. We've just been honest and straight up with each other. We've been passionate about our work. Also, we've been able to share our feelings and our vulnerabilities."

When Ishaan Khatter had appeared on the second season of Anaita Shroff Adjania's chat show, Feet Up With The Stars, the host of the show, Anaita asked Ishaan about one of the most annoying habits of Janhvi. To this, Ishaan had shared that Janhvi is a mastikhor and knows which buttons to press. He further added that it's irritating because sometimes Janhvi goes on a tangent when it's not required and would stay on it.
On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor will be next seen in the film, Good Luck Jerry, and Ishaan is shooting for the film, Phone Bhoot!
