It was on February 6, 2021, the newbie parents, Nakuul and Jankee had shared a beautiful picture of their little world. The duo had posted a picture, wherein they were seen holding their baby boy's hand. Along with it, they had written, "February 3, 2021. This is us. Grateful and sleepy in equal measure. *ing @jank_ee and him."
On February 24, 2021, Jankee took to her Instagram handle and shared an IG story, wherein she opened up on her life post the birth of her baby boy. She wrote a long note for those, who asked her why she is not posting anything post her baby's birth. Jankee wrote, "I am told I haven't posted anything on Instagram. Wondering what to post when all I do all day is feed and burp Sufi, change his diapers, sleep in bits and pieces and if I get lucky and get a moment to myself- I'll randomly scroll through Instagram (like I am right now!) #LifeHasChanged #newmomproblems." On the occasion of Valentine's Day, Jankee had finally revealed her baby boy's unique name. On February 14, 2021, Jankee had posted a video on her Instagram handle. In the video, we could see Jankee donning a pastel-coloured dress, while Nakuul had opted for a casual ensemble. The duo was seen posing with a bunch of pastel-coloured balloons. Alongside it, Jankee had written a caption, wherein she had revealed her son's cute name story. It could be read as "Sufi. A name that we decided when I was 3 months pregnant for our to-be firstborn, irrespective of the gender. Sufi symbolises spirituality, art, philosophy, literature, soul, song and everything that we stand for. From the time you were born, you have filled up our lives and hearts with so much love & we just can’t get enough of you. Mamma & Dadaa love you. #myforevervalentine @babysufim." In November 2021, the couple had made a cutesy pregnancy announcement on their respective Instagram handles. The duo had shared lovely pictures, wherein Jankee was seen flaunting her baby bump in a blue dress, while Nakuul gave a funny expression. Alongside it, Jankee had written, "Our quarantine wasn’t boring at all! We’re going to have a souvenir for life and we CANNOT wait! Our greatest adventure begins!" On the other hand, Nakuul had captioned it as "Best friend < Girl friend < Missus < THIS Circle of life & then some more .. Avec @jank_ee #WeAreExpanding."
Coming back to their love story, in an interview with Humans of Bombay, Nakuul had talked about how he had met his love of life. He had said, "My first thought when I saw Jankee was, ‘How amazing would life be, if she agreed to marry me.’ I was only 18 but my instincts told me, she was the one. We were both training with Shiamak–I saw her there for the first time. I was also interning at BSE & remember travelling from there to Andheri, strategising an opening line."
