Akriti Negi and Jashwanth Bopanna won 'Splitsvilla 15' after fighting against the entire villa. They took home only quarter of the winning amount as Kashish Kapoor betrayed Digvijay Rathi.
Splitsvilla is one of the most successful dating reality show franchises in India. The show's fifteenth season premiered on March 30, 2024, and on August 11, 2024, the show held its Grand Finale. After weeks of fighting against the entire villa, Akriti Negi and Jashwanth Bopanna won the season and took home the glorious title along with Rs. 5 lakh.
Reality shows bring out the best and worst in people, and this time around, they showed us how complex human emotions can be. Ahead of the finale task, Uorfi Javed and Munawar Faruqui entered the show and revealed that the winning prize for the show was Rs. 15 lakh. However, the finalists were offered that they can take away Rs. 10 lakh from the total amount, and the rest will get deducted from the winning couple's prize money.

Kashish Kapoor was swayed by the offer and opted for Rs. 10 lakh, stating that she comes from a lower middle-class family and that the money is her need. Because of her decision, Digvijay Rathi was directly eliminated from the finale and could not even participate in the task, as Kashish was his partner.
Harsh Arora and Rushali Yadav competed in the final task against Jashwanth Bopanna and Akriti Negi. The difference between the duo was a mere five seconds. But beating the former couple, Jash and Akrtiti won the title and took home Rs. 5 lakh along with the glorious title.

After winning the title, Sunny Leone asked if the couple wanted to say anything. Jashwanth retrospected on his journey and said that he wants to be friends with all the co-contestants. Akriti on the other hand, shared that her father always wanted her to win the show, and now she would like to request him to accept Jashwanth as her boyfriend as well.
