In the recent episode of What The Hell Navya podcast, Jaya Bachchan opened up about social media and mentioned that the internet plays a key role in promoting anxiety issues these days. She also hinted that information overload is one of the major causes of stress in teenagers. Jaya further talked about how the internet has become a source of validation for the younger generation. Recently, a Reddit user shared a screengrab of Jaya Bachchan's take on anxiety and penned:

During the same, Jaya expressed her love towards her daughter, Shweta and shared that she is her strength more than her son, Abhishek. Revealing the reason behind the same, Jaya said:
"She is my strength. She is, more than my son, she's my strength. I don't know whether that's because she's a woman. But she's my strength."
