However, it's her bitter relationship with the paps, that often grabs the limelight, bringing the veteran actress a lot of trolls. And now, Jaya has some sassy responses to the trolls.
In the fifth episode of What The Hell Navya season 2, Jaya Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, and Shweta Bachchan talked about the meme culture and trolling. As the promo of the episode was shared, it garnered a lot of attention. In the video, Jaya Bachchan stated that these memes really give a bad impression, and they are even created in the wrong way. To this, Navya revealed how she received the worst memes from her mamu, Abhishek Bachchan.

Meanwhile, Shweta Bachchan can be seen using the word, schadenfreude for the trollers. For the unversed, schadenfreude means being happy at someone's misfortune. However, Jaya Bachchan quipped how this meme culture has become a habit for people. She said:
"Ek attitude ban gaya, ‘Thank god humare saath aisa nahi ho raha hai."
Going forward in the video, Navya shared how negative comments or posts often bring the most viewership and grab the limelight. In reply to the same, Jaya stated that people should really try to comment on positive things rather than comment negatively. Navya then added how these trollers wouldn't have anything to say face-to-face. To this, Jaya gave a sassy response and added:
"Himmat hogi bolne ki? Dum hai toh asli cheez pe comment karke dikhaiye, apni shakal dikhaiye."
As soon as the video was posted, netizens rushed to the comment section to drop their opinions. Some netizens' remained focused on Jaya Bachchan mispronouncing the word 'memes' as 'maymays', while others started talking about Shweta Bachchan's accents.
