The popular singer's personal life has been grabbing all the attention ever since he announced his divorce from Sophie Turner. The lovebirds, who were once hailed as the cutest couple in Hollywood, shocked their massive fan base when they announced their separation on September 6, 2023. Moreover, the internet has been flooded with negative rumours about their divorce. And amid all this, a different side of Joe was witnessed at his recent concert as he went emotional while performing.
Recently, a video of Joe Jonas from one of his concerts at the Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles went viral on the internet. In the video, the singer can be seen expressing his gratitude to his fans for showering him with all the love and support in the difficult phase of his life. Later, Joe started singing his melodious song, Hesitate. However, it was his emotional side that left everyone surprised. While performing, a tear rolled down his eyes as he sang the lines, "Time, time only heals if we work through it now, I promise we'll figure this out."

Well, the video went viral on the internet like a fire. And the reason is that Joe got emotional while singing the song that he wrote for his estranged wife, Sophie Turner. For the unversed, the song, Hesitate was featured in the Jonas Brothers' 2019 album, Happiness Begins. Further, in the video, Joe's parents can also be seen getting emotional as they their son perform.

Earlier, in a conversation with Apple Music, Joe had revealed that the tunes of the song, Hesitate were inspired by his estranged wifey, Sophie. Talking about the same, the singer stated that he wrote the song for his significant other, and it is a kind of love letter. Elaborating more about it, Joe said:
"I wrote it for my significant other, Sophie, and it is one of those love letters that you write to your partner saying, I will be there no matter what."

Earlier, on September 10, 2023, a X user had dropped a video of Joe from one of his recent concerts in LA. In the video, the singer could be seen talking about the ongoing rumours surrounding his divorce with Sophie Turner. Joe mentioned that it has been a tough week for him and requested his fans not to believe the negative reports about his divorce from Sophie. Mentioning that they should trust what he says, Joe said:
"It's been a tough week, I just wanna say, look, if you don't heart it from these lips, don't believe it, Okay? Thank you everyone for your love and support. Me and my family love you guys."
For the unversed, it was on September 6, 2023, when Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas announced their separation. Sharing the same picture notes on their respective IG handles, the duo penned a note about their divorce and called it a mutual and amicable decision. Their note could be read as:
"Statement from the two of us: After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."
