The film featured a stellar star cast that included renowned actors like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, Vidya Balan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, and many more. For the unversed, the core storyline of Sajid Khan's Heyy Babyy was loosely based on films, Thoovalsparsham and Three Men and a Baby.
The hit film, Heyy Babyy did an impressive business at the box office and was one of the highest-grossing films of the year 2007. Heyy Babyy was termed as a 'perfect entertainer' by film critics as it received an average rating of four stars out of five in a series of movie reviews.

Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan's cutesy chemistry with Juanna Sanghvi, who portrayed the character of 'Angel Mehra', won everyone's hearts. If the reports are to be believed, Juanna was born on March 22, 2004, and at the time of Heyy Babyy's filming, she was just two years old.
During the filming of Heyy Babyy, a lot of things happened on the sets. One such interesting anecdote related to the film was shared by Fardeen Khan 18 years after the release of Heyy Babyy on January 17, 2022. The dapper actor took to his X (Twitter) handle and shared a special story related to the film, along with a cutesy picture with Juanna Sanghvi. In the picture, Fardeen could be seen holding Juanna in his arms.

Opening up about the story behind the picture, Fardeen Khan revealed that he was trying to make Juanna Sanghvi comfortable but failed at it miserably. Further in his tweet, the actor stated that he had quit smoking because of Juanna. The tweet won everyone's heart, and Fardeen was lauded for his kind gesture. His tweet could be read as:
"Attempting to get Angel comfortable for the upcoming scene. It didn't work. She rejected me. Was told babies don't like smokers. Have quit since BTW. @akshaykumar or @Riteishd had to play my part instead. #heyybaby."
Heyy Babyy made Juanna Sanghvi a familiar face across the nation overnight. Despite the gigantic success of the film, she was never seen again in public. However, recently, we came across some of her pictures, and she looks completely unrecognisable in them. If we go by her birth date in several reports, that is March 22, 2004, Juanna would be 20 years old at the moment.
