Juhi was quoted as saying, "Yes, now there are things for her to read but I'm there to protect her. By the time she reaches a stage when she is going to read it., I'm going to prepare her to know that whatever is written shouldn't matter to her. I'm going to safeguard her emotionally. Even if she reads it, she's going to understand that this is just because her mother is an actor".

In addition to this, the 38-year-old actress also stated, "She has dealt with the most important part that a child has to deal with, and she has been very strong. I'm hoping that since she has shown these signs since childhood, by the time she will get to hear and talk about it with people she will already know what to say and how to handle it. I'm playing a double role. I'm her mother and father, the nurturer and the provider. I take care of her emotions as well as financial needs”. (Also Read: Kareena Kapoor Khan Says There Is A Looming Guilt Whenever She Leaves Taimur At Home)

Recently, Juhi was in the news as she was trolled by social media users for putting up pictures of Samairra wearing makeup. Sharing a “mother’s dilemma”, Juhi shared a long post with an open ended note. She shared a snap with her darling daughter and along with it wrote, “A mother's dilemma! As a mother so far I have shared many challenges I have faced and how I have tackled them. However, this time I'm sharing the challenge with you as I go through it. They say diamonds are a girl's best friend, but most would tell you its actually make up! As an actress, whether its while I am shooting or when I have to go out for a meeting, there's really no way of avoiding make up. And little girls love make up, just the way Samairra does because their barbies and Elsa and the dolls they play with are perfectly adorned with beautiful dresses, jewelry and cosmetics”.

She further added, “In Samairra's pictures I have seen some of you question about why such a small child is wearing make up. And of course as a mother I have never encouraged my child to use cosmetics but she sees her mother use make up on a regular basis and feels that whenever Mamma wears make up she looks very pretty. Hence, when I deter her, a statement quickly comes my way, "So you don't want me to look pretty!!!" A mother's dilemma! I have explained multiple times to Samairra that she's already a very pretty girl and make up has nothing to do with it”.

Further, she penned down, “Yet that hasn't worked! After multiple debates, I told her that make up would only be allowed on special occasions which is around 2-3 times a year - her birthday, annual day, etc. However, every time I get ready another debate begins. There have been times when I have decided to apply lipstick in my car so that I could avoid the situation but yes that isn't a solution!”

Ending the note, she wrote, “And so going back to the question which many of you have been asking me, why make up on such a small child. Well you have your answer but I'm still seeking mine. Any of our mothers out there who have faced a similar situation and mind sharing how they tackled it? I'm hoping to find my answer and solution soon”. On a chat show with Rajeev Khandelwal, Juzzbaatt, Juhi Parmar opened up about her failed marriage and shared, “I knew Sachin before our marriage but there was no courtship period as such. He expressed his feelings and we got married immediately after that. I was not fully convinced personally but his love was the biggest driving force. I thought that I will fall in love with him but I still don’t know if I can label it as a love marriage”.

Adding further, she revealed, “After few years of our marriage, our relationship hit rock bottom. It was difficult for me to accept that it’s not working out and I was just struggling to keep it going. Finally, I decided that it was best for both of us to separate and Aashka Goradia helped me and stood by my side”.

Revealing the real reason behind parting ways with Sachin, the Shani actress had stated, “We have sought divorce by mutual consent and our daughter Samairra’s custody is going to be with me. I was very clear right from the start that I will be her sole custodian. Our marriage didn’t work from the beginning. Incompatibility drew us apart; we could never be on the same page. Our backgrounds, mindsets, outlook and expectations from life were completely different. We tried our best, but our differences were irrevocable. I have not asked for any alimony because I am capable of taking care of myself. I just told Sachin to contribute towards child support so that we can secure Samairra’s future; as parents, it’s our collective responsibility”.

Adding on further, she also stated, “We decided that it was best to part ways because a harmonious atmosphere is a must for a child. She is too young to understand what’s happening in our lives. However, Sachin’s absence isn’t a new thing for Samairra as we have been separated many times. There have been times when Sachin has not been home, and she is used to not seeing him around. However, she does ask about him at times”.

When the two got divorced, it was reported that Juhi’s temper was the reason behind the same. Clarifying the same, she was quoted as saying, “I do not have a foul temper. I’m just a transparent person who calls a spade a spade and I’m proud of being an honest and fearless person in today’s times. People are writing loosely, assuming that it’s the reason for our divorce. It is my request to all of them to stop judging. What happens between two people, only they will know. A marriage — successful or failed — involves two people and not one. It is easy to blame it on one person based on hearsay and jump to conclusions. I don’t want people to write baseless rumours because when my daughter grows up and reads these stories, she will be hurt”.

Here's wishing Juhi Parmar and the little princess, Samairra, a life full of happiness and love!
