Juhi Parmar, in her latest social media post, told a story on how her daughter, little Samairra taught her the importance of paying attention. Her long post said, "There's no dictionary that says adults are always right and children wrong or that a child can not teach an adult is there? Recently Samairra made a beads necklace and she didn't want to show it to me until it was completed, hence she stood turning her back to me. Once she was done she asked me to look and when she turned, I was looking into my phone and it took me a fraction of a second to keep the phone down and look at her… she saw what happened. I went ahead and praised her and the necklace but she didn’t look pleased with what I said, her expression was grim. I didn’t understand why it was so, she went into her room and I got back to doing what I was doing on my phone."

Juhi further describes how her little baby girl, Samairra made her understand how she wants her undivided attention when she's with her! Her note further read as "After 5-10 minutes, she came to me, sat in front of me like an adult, and said, “Mumma, I want to tell you something. Next time if I am showing you something at that time don’t look into your phone or do anything else because I feel that you are not focused on me.” I told her as soon as she turned I kept my phone down. She said, “But while I was turning I didn’t want you to be looking into your phone and then look at me. I wanted you to be already looking at me waiting to see what I have made. I don’t like it Mumma when your attention is somewhere else when I am showing you something I have done. Please keep this in mind next time.” I immediately said sorry and promised her that this will never happen again."

Juhi concluded her note reflecting how it's important to open up about your feelings and emotions with your loved ones. She stated, "In that moment I realised that the best way to speak your heart is to sit down and explain your feelings to the other person. It is something so basic, but we understand it at a very later stage in life. Samarira, as a kid, had this sensibility, which really surprised me. In her own way, she explained not only what she wasn't happy with but also the importance of living and focusing on the moment rather than being distracted on the phone. So yes next time I shall make sure my focus is completely on my little one." (You May Also Like: Riddhima Kapoor Sahni Shared A Cute Photo Of Her Daughter, Samara Twinning With Grandpa, Rishi Ji)

Some time ago, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Juhi Parmar had opened up on how she teaches the importance of efforts irrespective of the results to her daughter, Samairra. She had said, "In school, we teach our children about achievers but they should also be taught about others who tried but failed. When we play any game, Samairra always wants to win. But I told her she needs to fight for it. If she wins, good, if she doesn’t even after trying hard she’s still a winner." Expressing how too many expectations often bogs children down, Juhi stated, “Samairra’s career choices change every week. Now she wants to become a baker. She recently asked, ‘You don’t want me to become an actor right?’ I told her if you become one, I’d be happy or else I’d love to eat cakes baked by you."
