'Sasural Simar Ka' Fame Jyothsna Channdola Welcomes Her First Child, Gives A Glimpse Of Her Baby Boy

'Sasural Simar Ka' fame, Jyothsna Channdola becomes a mother for the first time as she welcomed a baby boy. The actress shared the first glimpse of her son on her IG handle!

Jyothsna Channdola had become a popular name with her role of ‘Khushi’ in the show, Sasural Simar Ka. She had met the love of her life, TV director, Nitesh Singh on the sets of the show, Haunted Nights, where she had played the lead role. After dating for a while, Jyothsna and Nitesh had tied the knot on April 25, 2015, in Varanasi. After five years of married life, now, Jyothsna and Nitesh welcomed their little bundle of joy.

Jyothsna Channdola had announced the news of her first pregnancy on March 1, 2021, with an adorable picture with her husband, Nitesh, flaunting her baby bump. She had captioned it as "Yessssss we guys are pregnant @its.niteshsingh we are super excited for this new journey of life... New phase is giving me strength, and as I always say I can feel you (papa) yes my papa coming to me."

Jyothsna and Nitesh welcomed their first child, a baby boy on June 26, 2015, and have given him an adorable nickname. The actress took to her IG handle and shared the first glimpses of her baby boy as she lovingly hugged him. She captioned the picture as “Jai Guruji and yessssss our joni baby love u all and thnk u for all the good wishes and blessings, its a boy. Jonits ka baby (joni).”

In a conversation with The Times Of India, the newbie mom, Jyothsna Channdola expressed her happiness and said, “I am on cloud nine. The feeling is indescribable. Both of us are fine. Another interesting coincidence is that he is born in June like my father.”

Jyothsna further shared her experience of pandemic pregnancy and added, “Since I conceived Joni during the pandemic, I obviously couldn’t do regular things that a pregnant woman does. I wanted to host a baby shower and wanted my family to be around me when the baby was born, which wasn’t possible given the current situation. Having said that, health is most important. I stayed positive by meditating, listening to positive notes and music. I also studied about hypnobirthing, which helped me a lot during my delivery.”

Jyothsna had lost her father in November 2020 after his battle with brain cancer. The actress believes that her father has returned to their lives in the form of their baby. She said, “I was calm throughout my pregnancy and I guess he was my guiding star. My papa was giving me strength. I feel that he is back in our lives.”

Jyothsna had already made her baby boy, Joni’s official IG handle well before his birth and was documenting her pregnancy on his page. On March 30, 2021, Jyothsna had shared a video on her baby’s IG handle, recording her baby’s movements inside her tummy. She had captioned the video as “Joni baby kicking.“
