K3G's Krish Aka Jibraan Khan Shares His Experience Of Working With SRK, Hrithik, KJo, 'Wo Sab Se...'

Jibraan Khan, who plays Shah Rukh Khan's on-screen son 'Krish' in Karan Johar's 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham' revealed his experience of working with the stellar cast.

Jibraan Khan started out in the film industry as a child actor. If you have watched Karan Johar’s 2001 film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham (K3G), then you would definitely remember Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan’s on-screen child, Krish Raichand, who sings the Indian national anthem at his school. That was Jibraan. After starring in a couple of Bollywood films during his childhood, the 30-year-old actor assisted Ayan Mukherji in Brahmastra Part 1. More recently, he will be seen as one of the leads in the upcoming film, Ishq Vishk Rebound.

Jibraan Khan reveals SRK treated him like his own children on the sets of K3G

Ishq Vishk Rebound, directed by Nipun Dharmadhikarifeatures Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Naila Grrewal, and Jibraan Khan in the lead roles. Recently, the entire cast sat down with Hauterrfly and spoke at length about their upcoming film, Ishq Vishk Rebound. During the conversation, the host asked the actor to share his experience of working with the Baadshah of Bollywood, a.k.a. Shah Rukh Khan, on K3G. Jibraan heaped praise on the latter and said:

“Wo sab se behtareen insaan hai. Anyone who has worked with him, wo aapko bohot important feel karate hai. I think me and his children were almost around the same age, so he treated me like one of his kids.”

Jibraan Khan shares he was mesmerised by Hrithik Roshan

Further, Jibraan recalled how he was mesmerised after watching Hrithik Roshan, who plays ‘Rohan Raichand’ in K3G, work out. He shared that they all were living in the same hotel during the shoot and Hrithik would maintain his discipline and work out regularly. Sharing that the actor was one of the kindest people, Jibraan added:

“I remember he used to go for his workouts, we all lived in the same hotel and I was so mesmerised by him. I think Kaho Naa...Pyaar Hai just aayi thi and I had a poster of him on my wall, I think like everyone else I did. I remember we used to shoot, and he used to go to workouts, he had his discipline and I used to run with him and just sit, not do anything. I used to just watch him workout, and he was one of the kindest people, and so was Shah Rukh.”

Jibraan Khan says it felt good when Karan Johar sent him his blessings

When the host said that Jibraan got blessings from Karan Johar, he added that the filmmaker was kind enough to put out an Instagram story for him. He tagged Karan’s gesture as a feel-good moment. Jibraan further mentioned that he hopes to make him proud as he is one of the most important persons in his life.

On May 14, 2024, Jibraan shared a post revealing his character ‘Sahil’ from his upcoming rom-com, Ishq Vishk Rebound, which is a sequel to the 2003 Shahid Kapoor starrer film, Ishq Vishk. Karan Johar re-shared the same post on his IG story and penned a note filled with love for the actor. He wrote:

“Congratulations, Jibraan Khan, from K3G to Ishq Vishk! All my blessings and love.”
