Kabir and Protima were blessed with two kids, a daughter, Pooja Bedi in 1970 and a son, Siddharth Bedi in 1971. Siddharth had tragically taken his life in 1997 after years of suffering from Schizophrenia. And then, the doctors in Montreal finally diagnosed him as schizophrenic.”

In the end, it is a battle that I lost because he chose to go through suicide. It was in lockdown 2020, when the actor, Kabir Bedi had penned a memoir titled, Stories I Must Tell. In his memoir, he had recalled his open marriage with his first wife, Protima.
