While making an appearance on 'The Great Kapil Show Season 2', Kajol revealed that her kids, Nysa and Yug, didn't like her sense of humour that much. In fact, they were fed up of her Instagram posts.
The cast of Do Patti, including Kajol, Kriti Sanon, and Shaheer Sheikh, have been busy promoting their film. And for the same, they made an appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 2. The episode was filled with fun, laughter, a lot of Kajol's witty sarcasm, and some fun revelations about their professional and personal lives. On that note, Kajol made a confession about her children, Nysa and Yug Devgn. Apparently, her kids don't think she's as funny as the rest of the world does!
While the rest of us can't get enough of Kajol's sassy jokes, it seems her kids, Nysa and Yug, don't really appreciate them. While making an appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 2, Kajol confessed that her kiddos didn't understand her sense of humour. She further revealed that they weren't fans of her goofy Instagram posts either.
Host, Kapil Sharma was seen asking Kajol if she ever employed the help of her kids for her Instagram posts. To this, the actress responded that she had given up on her kids ever understanding her jokes. She said:
'I think I’ve accepted that my kids will never get my sense of humor. My daughter got fed up and told me, ‘I just don’t get it. I don’t understand what you’re putting up on Instagram.’ So, I said, ‘Okay, then I’ll put up whatever I want!'"
However, Kajol did have some backup. Following her revelations, Archana Puran Singh and Kriti immediately stepped in to compliment the actress about her social media skills. They further expressed their appreciation for her captions, calling them, 'quirky and witty.'
During the episode, Kapil Sharma was also seen asking Kajol about her approach to working out in the past. In particular, the host was curious about how the 17-year-old Kajol's workout routine compared with that of her daughter, Nysa at 21. For the unversed, when Kajol debuted in the film, Bekhudi, she was just seventeen. Kajol honestly revealed:
“Not at all. I think I only started working out after I had my daughter, and I haven’t stopped since. I enjoy it!”
Unfortunately, it is very true that star kids need to be prepared for online trolling and bullying beforehand. Understanding the importance of this, Ajay Devgn and Kajol decided to train their kids to tackle online trolling, specifically focusing on how important it was to ignore it. Opening up about the same, Ajay told Filmfare:
“You have to constantly explain to them that they shouldn’t be bothered by what they read online. The trolls form a miniscule per cent of your audience. I don’t know how such negativity happens. I’ve learnt to ignore it and have asked my children to do the same. I don’t even understand what they write sometimes, so I haven’t let it bother me.”
