The actress, who labelled Karan as the 'flag-bearer of nepotism', has time and again, hit the headlines for bashing him. Kangana and Karan's feud, which originally started during an episode of Koffee With Karan, became a hot topic of discussion, as the actress even declared the filmmaker to be running a 'movie mafia' in the Indian film industry. The duo doesn't get along, and they have shown it publically as well.
Recently, an old video clip of Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar gained traction on Reddit, which raised many eyebrows. The video is from an award function where both Kangana and Karan were present. While Karan was seen hosting the award ceremony, Kangana came on the stage to receive an award. However, the way Kangana seemingly snubbed Karan Johar in front of everyone at the award function has garnered several reactions.

Kangana Ranaut opted for a stunning green-hued body-hugging gown with a plunging neckline at the event. With her hair tied in a bun, she completed her look with a pair of statement earrings. After receiving the award, Kangana delivered a heartwarming speech and dedicated her award to her sister, Rangoli. She was heard saying:
"Good evening, everyone! I would like to dedicate this award to the most beautiful woman I've seen in my life, my sister Rangoli. Love you all!"
However, what happened next caught the audience's attention and left everyone surprised. As Kangana got down from the stage, she walked past Karan Johar, ignoring him without acknowledgement. To break the awkward moment, Karan Johar tried to add a touch of humour with his response. A bewildered Karan can be heard saying:
"Thank you, Kangana, and congratulations. I am here! If that matters at all. Doesn't seem to. Well done, Kangana!"

As the throwback video resurfaced on social media, it prompted various reactions from netizens. People found Kangana's nonchalant attitude towards Karan Johar amusing and hailed her for the same.
