Kangana Ranaut takes a dig at Sonam Kapoor's old interview questioning her English and reacted to the same in the most savage way.
Actress, Kangana Ranaut is known for speaking her mind, without mincing her words. Known for calling a spade a spade, Kangana has often spoken about topics, which other actors, usually avoid. Be it sharing her thoughts on nepotism or debating social issues, Kangana has always been vocal about her thoughts.
Now, the stunning actress reacted to an old clip of Sonam Kapoor taking a jibe at her English-speaking skills. She shared the video of Sonam from one of the episodes of Koffee With Karan, in which the host, Karan Johar asked Sonam:
“If you have the power to give celebrities these aspects who would you give that to – the ability to speak English fluently.”

Sonam hesitated to answer Karan first, then reluctantly replied, “Kangana has a great fashion sense, but…” Karan intervened and said, “Questionable English”, to which Sonam agreed. Now, the Queen actress shared a clip of the video on her IG story and took a dig at the film mafia and wrote:
“What I learned from years of fights with film mafia is that no outsider will ever be mocked for not speaking English… also that show is officially closed forever.”
In another IG story of the actress, Kangana requested her fans to focus on the second half of the video, where she reacted to Sonam’s take on her English. In the latter half of the video shared by Kangana, she was asked by film critic, Anupama Chopra about Sonam questioning her English and the actress responded:
“I do feel hurt, eventually, I am just a 24-year-old who is trying to do her own things and when people make my mistakes a focus and not my plus points, it does hurt. I am trying, where I came from, I groomed myself, and I constantly say I am trying to improve my language skills. It’s not like I am not trying.”

Sharing the second IG story, Kangana revealed how she has often been bullied, and she has only reacted with grace and sophistication. Her note atop the video can be read as:
“Please don’t miss my comeback in the end. Even at 24 after being openly bullied, humiliated and mocked I showed grace sophistication articulation and humility which English-speaking gossipy aunties with so-called great upbringing can never…”
Often known for being blunt, Kangana has worked hard to attain a name for herself in the glamour world. Known for her versatile choices of films, Kangana has given her blood and sweat to be on the list of top actors of Bollywood. She raised many eyebrows when she called Karan Johar, a movie mafia and talked about nepotism in Bollywood on his chat show, Koffee With Karan.
