Television actress, Kanishka Soni created history by tying the knot with herself. For the unversed, Kanisha is known for playing prominent roles in shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Pavitra Rishta, and Devi Adi Parashakti. On August 16, 2022, Kanishka is celebrating her birthday, and it was her pictures that left us wondering.
For the unversed, Kanishka had left the Indian television industry. In a media interaction, she confirmed that she is no longer part of the television industry and doesn't believe in it. Kanishka also expressed her wish to work in Hollywood films.

Kanishka shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram handle, wherein she announced her self-married status. In the pictures, she was decked up in a strappy pink-coloured top with blue jeans. She also flaunted sindoor and a dainty mangalsutra. She looked stunning as a new bride. Alongside it, Kanishka wrote:
"Married to myself since I fulfilled all my dreams my own & the only person I am in love with is MYSELF answer to all questions I am getting I don’t need any Man Ever… I am happy always alone & in solitude with my guitar I am the goddess, Strong & Powerful, shiva & Shakti everything is inside me, Thank you"
On August 16, 2022, Kanishka took to her Instagram stories, and posted a screenshot of a news story on her from The Times Of India. Atop it, she announced that she is married to herself. The actress wrote:
"On my birthday. I declared that I am self-married."
