Television actor, Karan Mehra has been going through a rough phase after his wife, Nisha Rawal, had filed a domestic violence FIR against him and his family in May 2021. For the past nine months, there have been many allegations that Nisha has put on Karan in the media. But it is the legal battle that has taken a toll on Karan and his family.
For the unversed, Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal had met on the sets of the show, Hastey Hastey, and soon they had fallen for each other. After dating for a while, the duo had tied the knot on November 24, 2012. On June 15, 2017, Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal had welcomed their first child, a son, and named him, Kavish Mehra.

Recently, the High Court of Bombay has ordered a stay on the FIR, filed by Karan's estranged wife, Nisha. It has provided relief to the entire Mehra family. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywoodshaadis.com, Karan Mehra shared that the fight and wait is long, stressful and taxing, but justice will be served soon.
Karan is sure that justice will be served soon, and everyone will know the truth of their innocence. When we asked Karan about his estranged wife, Nisha Rawal's claim on the reality show, Lock Upp, wherein she had stated that Kavish was not close to him. The actor refused to comment and said:
"No comments on her concocting new false stories for gaining public sympathy and matters are in litigation so can’t speak about it."

Earlier, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Karan had shared his side of the story. The actor had stated that he and his family had finally got the anticipatory bail after many months of fighting against the false accusation levied against them. Karan had further shared that the wrong case had been filed against his parents, who had not even visited Mumbai for two years.
