They are the best friends, who choose to stick with each other. And television couple, Karanvir Bohra and Teejay Sidhu are a perfect example of it. Even after 13-years of living together, the duo never stops showering their love on each other. The duo had a filmy start to their love story and had met through a model, Anupama Chopra. They had felt the sparks of love in their first meeting and the actor had even dropped his 'future Mrs' to her home. We still remember how in a media interaction, Karanvir had shared that in the second meeting only he had decided to marry Teejay. And rest, as we say, is history!
Karanvir loves surprising his wife, Teejay. On July 6, 2020, Karanvir gave a bunch of flowers as a token of his love and revealed how she takes away all his blues. He took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of his 'darling wife' with the lovely flowers, and wrote, "My Monday morning blues and every morning blues are painted with vibrant love, coz of you @bombaysunshine." On this his wife, Teejay gave a hilarious reply and commented, "Aww thank you for the beautiful flowers, sweety. My favourite! Just makes me think. Why suddenly the flowers today? What did you do wrong that you have to confess to?"
Coming back to their love story, in a joint interview with the DNA, Karanvir had shared he had fallen in love with Teejay and had said, "Teejay had accompanied Anupama and when she had to leave, I told her that I would drop Teejay. But we ended up chatting for hours on the steps. Since we had met at the church, I decided to propose to her there. So, exactly a year after having met the first time, I decided to surprise Teejay. I had all our friends waiting at the church and I just drove Teejay there without her knowing any of it. I proposed to her on the steps, and the moment she said yes, all our friends came forth and we got engaged there and then. Helen aunty, who is Teejay's godmother blessed us, and the fact that it was happening with the blessing of Mother Mary made it all the more special. We have always felt blessed as a couple." On their 13th wedding anniversary, Karanvir had made a halwa for his wife and had shared a glimpse of the same on his Instagram handle. Alongside it, he had written, "#happyanniversary my love...13 years of marriage. 16 years of knowing you @bombaysunshine. I made the legendary #HALWA for her as I couldn't make any cake...Will post the video soon."
