As per reports, they visited the ISKCON temple one night before leaving the country. As they left, their staff, security detail, and production crew was spotted with them at Mumbai's Kalina airport. The sisters were seen dressed in monochrome athleisure outfits as they flew to Italy.

In one of the pictures before leaving India, Kim shared a special caption about her feelings towards India after her first trip. In the pictures, she was seen wearing a sultry red dress by Gaurav Gupta couture and pure emerald jewels designed by Lorraine Schwartz. Kim penned a special caption for India with the photo writing:
